   I am delighted with my recent purchase of this iPad. It arrived in fantastic condition, and it’s my first experience with an Apple Air iPad. While I would have appreciated instructional materials to assist with the setup, I was able to find a helpful beginner video online. Moreover, the delivery was even earlier than anticipated. Based on my positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this product.

   So I received it the next day it came on 1% with a none Apple charger I took it to the Apple store I put it on there charger and it turned on and charged. So I decided to keep it.

   I’m currently writing this on my iPad and let me just say… this is amazing! I received this iPad 2 days ago and i was shocked that it came in the original box and charger 😍. This iPad literally looks brand new and I’ve had no problems at all setting it up. If you’re reading this go ahead and buy it☺️ Just know that there’s a chance you may not get the original box because not all refurbished items come in it’s original packaging but who cares ? I LOVE IT 😎

   Had this iPad for two days now and I’m loving it so much. It came in original box which means you get the apple stickers!!!! That surprised me since it’s refurbished and that never happened to me ordering refurbished products. Battery life lasts all day and it’s really fast. Very light and easy to hold!! I have the AirPods and they connect automatically, also even though it’s not LTE it lets you know if you get a phone call or text from the iPhone which is still a plus.

It loses charge very quickly while I’m using it throughout the day as well. I’ve turned off background app refresh and done all the other things google tells you to do to conserve battery life, no change.- The second issue is that sometimes when it auto-locks due to inactivity, it becomes unresponsive, which is in the video. Tapping the screen doesn’t bring it back, the lock button does nothing, and even trying to force a restart (holding the lock button and volume button for a few seconds) does nothing. It will only come back on when connected to a charger, even when it has battery life. Also it will on unprovoked, which is what happened at the start of the video- might be why the battery drains over night.I think this particular one was probably a display in a store and must have some battery life & screen sensor issues that didn’t get worked out when refurbished. Hopefully it is fixed and another person can purchase it again. They aren’t huge problems, but I use my ipad on the go alot and dont want to worry about charging it in constantly. Apple also sells refurbished models, they’re about $35 more before tax though which is why I originally bought from here, but I’m going to go with theirs and see if I can get some better luck.
